SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time is 3 business days regardless of shipping service.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

We offer several types of shipping options, including insurance.  We are not responsible for stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages.  We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information.

Any shipping issues must be handled directly by shipping carrier.

Insurance is available to add to any order and is highly recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

With package theft increasing, we also advise choosing a delivery address that is secure such as a locked mailbox or P.O. Box.
